I am reducing the size of my collection and am offering several fine examples of European guns. These guns were purchased by me while stationed in Germany.
This Krieghoff Trumpf Drilling is a very fine example of German craftsmanship. LOP is 14.25 inches. Weight is approx. 9.1 lbs with Zeiss 8 X 56 Scope with German No. 4 Reticle. This Trumpf Drilling has very nice scroll engraving. The Zeiss Scope and mounts are in great condition. The Suhler Swing mounts alow you to remove the scope for travel and it always returns to zero. This is a self cocker. The front sight raises when cocked. Wood and Blueing are in top condition. Nice grain on the oiled stock. .30-06 and 16 guage shotgun calibers are perfect for North American Game. Ammuntion is available any where. There are NO importer’s markings anywhere on the gun.
Today's replacement cost is approximately $ 14.000. There are others on the internet but not many are nicer and most are considerably more expensive.
This is truely a great value for a investment or just a beautiful gun to hunt with.
This is a fine example of a Krieghoff Drilling. It will definately make some collector and shooter very happy.
