Description:
Colt open top conversion revolver- .Navy conversion from .36 caliber percussion to .38 rimfire. 3 1/2" round barrel. Nos. match, except for latch which is how they were made. Pocket model. Tight action-clocks right-locks up good. Good wood mostly original varnish/no cracks or chips- visable scroll-dark gray. Low 4 digit serial number with nos. matching. No pitting, few marks, latch screw scarred but the rest are good. Good bore. Nice brass frame. Very good old collectible Colt. Would be a welcome addition to any collection. These are hard to find in this condition with the scroll etc. Lots of history here for sale. I will ship to qualified parties for shipping/handling/insurance as there are no restrictions for these.
