These pistols were made from 1955 to 1962. This pistols serial number is 29217. There were approximately 13,000 produced in the standard blue finish. This pistol was made in New Haven Connecticut. Some were made in Hartford Connecticut. This pistol has a real futuristic design and styling. It fits the hand quite nicely and is a easy pointer. This Wolverine shows holster wear and shooting. The left side has blue loss from the muzzle to the logo. The right side has no holster wear. This pistol is in fine shooting condition. The brown grips have no damage or wear. This Wolverine would rate a 86% overall condition. The box is original to this pistol and is serial numbered to the gun. The box is very sound with no repairs. The graphics are strong and clear. The inside liner is intact with no damage. The box still has the original Alcoa Aluminum Label on the bottom of the box. These pistols are highly collectable today and can command thousands of dollars for new in the box guns. This pistol shows honest wear and shooting. The original box is in great condition and will show well. This is a great pistol for the collector who does not want to pay the high prices demanded for new in the box guns and still have a nice Wolverine to collect and shoot.
