Description:
Winchester 1892 14" trapper 44-40 caliber, serial # 886637 manufactured 1919. This little trapper has gumwood stocks , carbine butt , standard carbine sights. Overall condition is very good , there are no cracks in the stocks ,bore is smooth and shinny. Metal to wood finish is very good. There are some pits on barrel , all metal has a nice aged patina finish. Comes with a Batf clearence and a letter and a written letter by David Bichrest confirming it's originality. Real Trappers are getting harder to come by , this is not a closet queen by any means but a good honest collectible 14" 44-40 Trapper. Any questions or comments call Greg 607-865-4370.
