Description:
This is a first year production Ruger Red Eagle target version. The barrel is 6 and 7/8 inches long and in all original condition. These guns have begun to be very rare and do not show up very often.
The bluing is all original and overall in nice condition. I tried my best to accurately show the condition of the gun however what shows as lack of bluing is a reflection. The only noticeable wear is on the aluminum grip frame which is normal on this vintage gun.The bore looks like new to me. I also have a box which is not the original box but one that is from a later version of the same model, note the owners manual from the correct era also--see pictures--
The American Rifleman magazine had a great article on these guns a couple of Months ago I believe the March issue, this is a great collectors item guys.
