Description:
This model 12 was made in 1923 and has the Ulrich #5 pattern. You can find examples by googling "Winchester Model 12 Ulrich" and looking at images. The standard patterns did not come out until 1924. This gun still has the original rust blue on the action. The gun originaly came as a deluxe high grade with 28" full barrels with a ventilated rib. They engraving is original to the gun. It was sent back to the factory in the 1950s and a second set of barrels were made which are 26" modified. Sometime after that the original barrels were lost. The stock has the 12-B checkered stock which is chipped at the wrist. I have another beatiful complete 12-B grade stock which comes with the gun for an extra $750. Photos 9, 15 & 16 are of the new stock.
