Quality Consignments Wanted! The barrel date is 9-18 The rifle's serial number is 1106078. The bore is very fine and bright. All the parts appear to be Eddystone "E" coded with the exception of the cocking piece and rear sight which is Remington coded. This rifle is not import marked or arsenal rebuilt. The action works correctly with no alterations done to it. The original late war time finish is intact. There are no cracks or damage to the stock. This rifle would rate a 90% condition overall. This is a nice late original war time Eddystone that has not been redone or rebuilt. This should appeal to the collectors of World War One weapons This rifle will fit the model 1917 bayonet.
