Description:
This is a Charles Osborne Boxlock Side by Side shotgun in 12 Gauge with 2 1/2 iinch chambers, double triggers, and extractors. Charles Osborne was a firm located in Birmingham, England with offices in London, Glasgow, and Edinburg that was active from 1838 to around 1930. The engraved action is in Very Good condition. The 30 inch barrels are Very good with shiny bores and are choked Improved Cylinder and Modified. The butt stock is high quality checkered walnut with a straight grip and what looks to be the original butt plate. The fore end is splinter style checkered walnut. All wood is in Excellent condition.
