The Colt Stainless Steel Python came out in 1983 and was manufactured until 1996. The 6-shot .357 Magnum revolvers were fitted with either a 2 1/2, 4, 6, or 8 inch barrel, neoprene target or combat grips, and were either matte or high polish finished. This Stainless Steel Python is fitted with a 6 inch barrel, black neoprene target grips with gold Colt medallions, and is matte finished. The gun is in excellent/like new condition, appearing to having been fired very little. The bore is bright and the action functions like new. Sorry, no box or paper-work.
