Description:
This is the Winchester Class B SxS hammer shotgun. 12 ga. These are high quality English built shotguns with the Winchester name on the rib. Class B is about mid-range quality. 30" Damascus bbls which are a grey color. Indicates the probability they were cleaned somewhere down the line. Exterior bbls are in good overall cond with no heavy dings. Bore didn't fair quite as well with some scattered pitting. Still somewhat shiny. Lock up is reasonably tight with just a hint of wiggle. The "Winchester Class B" and the engraving are very visible. Looking at the gun from the bottom, the engraving is slightly worn but all there. Serial number is 1056. The front of the trigger guard has been silver soldered on. Wood is overall good condition. A crack coming off the lock plate on both sides. Some shrinkage at the metal buttplate. These shotguns are a scarce item.
