A fine example of the Colt Lightning, storekeepers model. It has the factory letter too. The gun retains about 85% original nicket plate and the hard rubber grips are perfectly fitted to th gun and are in fine condition. The SN is 81XXX all matching. The bore is fine and rifling strong with no pits. Works well in both SA/DA. Very nice Lightning. This gun letters to Folsom Arms Co., New Orleans, La. It was shipped in 1881.REDUCED!!
