After 40 years of collecting Winchesters, we've decided to part with our Collection. Here is one of the outstanding pieces from it. This truly exceptional Special Order rifle left the Factory nearly 131 years ago, on July 10, 1886. This completely Factory original rifle featured a 28 inch Full Octagon Barrel with a plain trigger and was fitted with a tang peep sight. It retains over 80% of its original Blue and 90% of its wood finish.
The bore and action are both excellent. This rifle has been used very little. We would like to sell it outright but will consider trading it for just about anything that doesn't eat or that you have to pay taxes on.
