Early model Marlin model 39A.Built in 1940,this rifle is a 2nd variation with the case colored receiver.This rifle retains at least 85% of the original vivid case colors and 98% of the original barrel blue.The wood finish is excellent with only a few light handling marks.The bore is bright with sharp rifling.This is an excellent example of the 2nd variation model 39A.C&R eligible.
