Description:
Serial #919007, .38 Special, 4” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a 1957-made revolver that retains 90-92% of the original blue finish with some mild fading at the muzzle, thinning blue and silvering along the high and raised edges, as well as a light turn-ring on the cylinder. The hammer has patches of darker freckling along the polished sides, and the checkered walnut Colt medallion grips are in very good condition with scattered minor handling marks and moderately flattened points, mostly on the rear edge and at the butt on right side. The revolver locks-up and times perfectly and the action functions flawlessly. This is a very good plus-near fine example of a 1950s Colt Trooper overall. FFL or C&R
