Description:
Serial #1K27769, .38 Special, 6” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a splendid, 1970 built Smith & Wesson that retains 98-99% of the original blue finish that exhibits a very mild turn-ring on the cylinder and some trace silvering on a handful of the projecting edges. The hammer and trigger have retained a commensurate amount of their original color case-hardening, and the checkered walnut S&W medallion grips are in excellent shape with only a very small amount of flattening to the points and practically no handling marks or surface blemishes. The revolver is housed in its original blue, two-piece Bangor Punta box with papers. This is a splendid S&W Model 14 that did not see very much use at all and is in excellent condition. FFL
