Matched pair of Westley Richards 12g drop lock shotguns completed 1903. Scroll back, patent hand detachable lock actions engraved with classic Westley scroll. These guns were originally built with single triggers and have been converted to double trigger. The No.1 gun has new 28" barrels fitted in 1954 and have recently been reproved. They feature 2 1/2" chambers and are choked 3/8 & 5/8. The No. 2 gun has sleeved 28" barrels and feature 2 1/2" chambers and are choked improved cylinder & 3/4. Stocks measure 14 3/8" to centre with horn heel plates with tip and toes. A good usable pair of drop locks at an affordable price.
