Description:
Very useful Stevens vintage BOXLOCK 12ga. double with 28" matted rib barrels, and excellent clean, shiny bores. Choked at: IM, and FULL. Chambered for the 2 3/4" shell. Locks up tight. Plain American walnut Stocks are good, with minor both sidse there is an age, or grain line, but not open, this seems to be common. Silver colored areas of the receiver, mixed with aged patina. Locks up solid. Barrels have toned to a grey brown and thinning. LOP is 14 5/8", with a black hard rubber original butt-plate.This rugged American hammer forged 12ga double features double triggers, automatic safety, and extractors.
