WINCHESTER MODEL 1873 OCTAGON .44-40 WCF CAL RIFLE CIRCA 1889 WITH FACTORY LETTER. All original in every respect. 24” octagon barrel with crisp Winchester Repeating Arms Company address. All matching and no replaced parts. Fine condition with 50% plus blue mixed with patina. Walnut stock and forend with the original finish-some minor nicks and wear and dried oil finish on top. Working order and dark but good bore and rifling that will clean up much better. Excellent screws with much original blue. Nice example reasonably priced.
