*** SOLD PENDING FUNDS ^^^ *** NEW PRICE *** A high quality sidelock made in 1972 from this little known Italian maker. I do not believe that L. Santina Bernadelli has ever been imported into the US but that is a real shame given the quality of his work. This profusely engraved 20 gauge bird gun has rich case coloring, nicely figured and finished stock, disc set strikers, inlaid ebony drop points, jeweled water table and barrel flats, double articulated triggers, and Boehler nickel steel barrels. All hallmarks of a higher grade gun. Engraved by S. Rizzini. *** The 26” Boehler barrels are chambered for 2-3/4” cartridges and choked Improved Cylinder and Modified. They are topped by a solid, raised crosshatched rib and have automatic ejectors. The right barrel is bored 0.624 and has a constriction of 0.005 for Skeet choke. The left barrel is also bored 0.624 and has a constriction of 0.010 for Improved Cylinder choke. A pefect choke combination for upland work on grouse, woodcock, and quail. *** It is stocked in nicely figured walnut and has a very nice high gloss finish. The straight grip and semi-beavertail stock is in very good condition with crisp checkering. There are a few handling marks on the wood. Stock dimensions are 14-1/4” including a 1-1/4” leather pad by 1-1/4” by 2-1/16”. Weight is 6lb 7oz. Cased in a leather and canvas Brady-style case. *** Buyer is responsible for all shipping, insurance and related charges. I give a three-day non-firing inspection and will only accept returns if gun is not as described. What a great little smallbore bird gun. Carries easy and swings well.
