Description:
Serial #4057g, 9mm Para., 4” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a 1940 dated pistol with “42” coded toggle that retains 85-90% of the original blue finish. The balance of the metal exhibits silvering at the muzzle, as well as along the raised edges and projections, most noticeably on the sideplate. The numbers are all matching and there is a small and unobtrusive import marking along the underside of the barrel. The checkered walnut grips are in good-very good shape with some flattening of the points and scattered minor handling marks on both panels, heaviest along the trailing edge. The pistol comes with a single, mismatched aluminum base magazine, and is a great looking World War II Luger in very good plus condition overall. FFL or C&R
