Description:
NOTE: it is the buyers responsibility to confirm that this firearm is legal to own in your state and/or locality.

From a local estate collection, and offered for your consideration, is a seldom encountered Walther Sport Model V .22 caliber, single shot, bolt action rifle.
The Sport Model V was manufactured in the 1930’s, prior to the outbreak of World War II. It is well made, using the best pre-war materials and craftsmanship of the German firearms industry. This coupled with the quality of Walther firearms manufactured during this period and you have a rifle which you could not find in today’s firearm market.
The overall condition of this rifle is very good considering its’ age. There is some wear to the metal finish and a few minor dings in the stock. The leather sling, which appears to be one of the period, has begun to weaken in certain areas and has separated at one buckle end.  The pictures can tell the rest of the story. Additional pictures available upon request.
