Description:
Very Clean and Totally Original Smith & Wesson late 2nd Issue Model 1905 M&P ( Military & Police) in 38 Special Caliber, Serial # C1468xx ( 1948 Vintage). 5 Inch Barrel with Serial # on Frame, Barrel ( above Extractor ), Cylinder and Stamped on Right Grip. Metal retains a consevative 95%+ Original Blue with the most wear pictured on left side of muzzle, above trigger on right side of frame and of course a spin mark. Very Strong Case Colors on Trigger and more on Hammer. Grips are proper for the 2nd Model with some small marks (more on the left grip) with no cracks, splits or chips. Not bad for a 107 year old gun. Bore is Excellent. This gun has been stored and hasn't been handled nor fired much. A real Keeper. FFL or C&R Required. Thanks for looking.
