Description:
Serial #7814e, 9mm Para., 4” barrel with a good, lightly pitted bore. This is a 1918 dated, sear safety-equipped pistol, and retains 85-90% of an overall armory re-applied blue finish. There are areas of fading and silvering throughout, along with thin, pinprick pits under the blue on both the frame and receiver. Some heavier pitting is present on the matching sideplate. The small parts have mostly matching numbers (the trigger is unnumbered and the firing pin is a mismatch), and traces of original straw color are present on the ejector, trigger, takedown lever, and magazine release. A small and unobtrusive import marking is present on the underside of the barrel. The checkered walnut grips are in good-very good shape with some light-moderate flattening of the points and minor handling marks on both panels. The pistol comes with a single mismatched wood base magazine and is in about very good refinished condition overall. FFL or C&R
