Rock Island Arsenal 1903 30.06 24” barrel- This rifle is an all original Rock Island Arsenal 1903 rifle made in 1913 with a Rock Island Arsenal 1913 barrel. Rifle is military proofed and has a 1913 military cartouche on the left side of stock. Rifle has standard wear from use and original finish. Rifle has adjustable ladder rear sight and barrel is proofed and inspected underneath. Rifle also has original oiler and cleaning kit in stock. Rifle has good bore and good grooves. Rifle is also N.R.A. with bomb insignia marked on floorplate which means the rifle was pulled from military use and sold to NRA member prior to WW1. Rifle does fall under the Heat Treatment Issue Serial Numbers. Shoot at own risk, however, beautiful original rifle.
