Description:
S# 616821, 38 special, 6 inch barrel, bright excellent bore. This 1937 manufactured revolver has the desirable and scarce heavy barrel. Other features include adjustable front and rear sights, checkered trigger and rear grip strap, and wide spur target hammer. Gun retains over 80% original blue with an area of pitting on right side below rear sight and a few small areas of light pitting on cylinder. Barrel shows some staining on right side with an area of light pitting on left side by muzzle. Grips fit well and show wear with areas of flattened diamonds and dings along bottom edges. Action works perfectly, trigger is superb. FFL or C&R.
