Cal. 30 U.S. Bbl. 22". Elevated Sheard blade front sight. Carbine ladder rear sight. Shiny bore with strong rifling. Bbl. shows about 50% original blue. Receiver mostly silver with strong original blue in protected areas. Smooth action. Walnut stock set with refinished handguard. Forend has crack near metal on underside plus plugged sling stud hole. Butt stock has been sanded and has an oil finish applied. This carbine was made in 1902. Should make a fine shooter.
