Description:
Model 21 12 gauge in a Trap grade with 30" factory VENT RIB barrles.Inspection completed on this gun 07/15/1949. Factory records will support the Monte Carlo as being correct. I believe the wood to be original to the gun with both the wood and metal being refinished at some point IMO. The recoil pad appears to be original. Blue finish is near 100% to refinish. Wood has excellent figure including the forearm. There has been a repair to the toe of the stock as can be seen in the photo.It does not show up real well in the pics. Chokes appear to be unaltered and marked as M/F. I have measured them as right barrel at .037 and left at .010. Per Mr. Schwing Winchester modified is .010 to .015 and full is shown as a maximum restriction of .036 so they appear to be within acceptable tolerances. Nice gun with good dimensions.
