LC Smith Specialty Gr, 12 ga. 2 ¾ “ chamb., trap configuration. 32” bls, choked tight full and full. Matted rib,2 ivory beads, platinum bar at breach end. Bores, excellent, st, ejct, pis grip,l.o.p. 14 3/8 over orig. pad. Leather faced rubber pad as on page 433 of Houchins book. Case and blue on frame , trig guard and bls, are, I believe, 93% orig.Wood is above average w/very nice burl grain in the butt. Schnabel forearm, Checkering very nice w/ no added oil.minor scratch on left side of pg. otherwise no dents or scratches. NO CRACKS. I’m the second owner of this gun. The original owner was a doctor in Washington who started the local gun club. The leg o mutton case that it came in has his name and city that he came from on the side. Case is in very good cond. w/ no breaks or tears. Very nice original gun from 1923 anyone would be proud to own.
