February, 1943 during WWII), metal exhibits100% original crisp Parkerizing retaining most of it except where bolt exhibits slight operating wear on top of extractor, barrel is stamped "RA 2/43" with flaming bomb having correct dot in circle of bomb, BORE IS MINT,
Wood also retains 100% original crisp finish exhibiting handling/rack storage marks, correct "P" proof mark in a circle on bottom of pistol grip indicating that this rifle has not been through and arsenal rework, cartouche of military inspector "FJA" (Frank J. Atwood) clearly present on left side of stock as is the "crossed cannons" military acceptance stamp,
