Fantastic and high quality little 12 gauge game gun in excellent condition. This boxlock ejector was built by A. B. Harvey & Son of Falmouth (Cornwall). The fluid steel barrels are 27" with 2 1/2" chambers and excellent bores, choked .006/.023 (perfect for upland hunting.) They were proved at .729 and both bores still measure the same.) The rib is engraved: A. B. HARVEY & SONS LTD FALMOUTH. The action features border and scroll engraving, and locks up tight as new. The ejectors function perfectly. The stock is pretty walnut with a straight grip and crisp checkering. The forend is of the Anson push-rod type. The stock measures 1 3/4" x 2 1/8" x 14 5/8" over a checkered butt, and has slight cast off (for a right handed shooter.) The weight is only 6 lbs 9 oz. Just a super gun for the upland bird hunter.
