Offered for your consideration is an early model of the famous Fox Model B, 12 gauge, double barrel shotgun. It is in overall very good condition showing only minor signs of being used. Additional pictures upon request.

•Action: Top break open.
•Metal Finish: Blue.
•Caliber/Gauge: 12 Gauge / 2 ¾ Inch chambers.
•Serial Number: None.
•Bore: Mirror bright.
•Barrel Length: 28 Inches / Choked Full & Modified.
•Grip/Stock: Walnut with no cracks, splits, or missing wood.
•Features: Automatic safety; double triggers; extractors.
•Extras: None.
•Estimated NRA Modern Condition: Very Good.
•Blemishes: Minor finish wear to the sharp edges and more to the receiver as shown in the pictures. I can’t find any active corrosion or resulting pitting on the exposed metal surfaces.
•Parts Broken: None.

Shipping:
Handguns: Fee = $25.00 / Shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The proper insurance, Delivery Confirmation, and Return Receipt required. Tracking information will be sent to the buyer by the USPS via e-mail. The fees for these items are including in the shipping charge quoted above.
Long guns: Fee = $30.00 / Shipped via FedEx Ground. The proper insurance is required, and tracking information will be sent to the buyer by FedEx via e-mail. The fees for these items are including in the shipping charge quoted above.
NOTE: Due to the recent increase in damage to long guns during transit, long guns selling for less than $300.00 can be shipped in a foam lined hard case, inside of a new cardboard shipping box, for an additional charge of $25.00. This is my actual cost of the hard cases and oversized shipping boxes.
Shipping charges for long guns selling for $300.00 or more will be $55.00. This amount includes the $25.00 cost of the foam lined hard case and oversized shipping box.
NOTE: Foxfire Rod & Gun does not provide for customer pick up. All items must be shipped.
RETURN POLICY:
Non-Gun Merchandise: You have a 3 day inspection period beginning at the time your item(s) arrive at your requested shipping address.
Modern, Curio / Relic, Antique Firearms: YOU HAVE A 3 DAY INSPECTION PERIOD BEGINNING AT THE TIME THAT YOUR MERCHANDISE ARRIVES EITHER AT YOUR MAILING ADDRESS, OR IN THE CASE OF A MODERN OR CURIO / RELIC FIREARM, AT YOUR FFL DEALER'S MAILING ADDRESS. During this period the firearm is not to be fired or disassembled in any fashion. If you choose to return the item, it MUST be received by Foxfire Rod & Gun in the EXACT and SAME condition as you received it. Unless the item was misrepresented in the ad description, all shipping charges are non-refundable and I will refund the purchase price of the item ONLY.
LARGE MAGAZINE RESTRICTIONS:
New Jersey: 5 round maximum for semi-automatic firearms only.
California: 10 round maximum for all magazines.
Maryland: 20 round maximum for all magazines.
Massachusetts: 10 round maximum all magazines.
Hawaii: 10 round maximum for all handgun magazines.
California: 10 round maximum all magazines.
Colorado: 15 rounds maximum for all magazines (does not apply to .22 tubular magazines or to lever action tubular magazines)
