Sharps New Model 1863 falling block rifle. Black powder, .52 caliber, ~21 inch rifled barrel with a very good bore. Flip-up rear sight and fixed front sight. Smooth stock and fore-end with wear throughout, some chipping around the edges. Rear compartment on the right side of the stock opens and closes tightly. Steal butt-plate. Patina throughout. Saddle ring. Lock-up action are tight. SN: 72###
