Piotti shotguns are considered Italian "BEST" guns and are equal to any double guns made in the world. A full sidelock Holland style action, engraved by Italy's best, stocked to the fences, chopper lump barrels, action machined out of a solid billet of the best steel, all combine to make a fine game or clays gun. The "Monaco" is the very best quality side by side Piotti has to offer. This fine shotgun, sn9000 built in 1991 was ordered with exhibition wood, Briley choke tubes, and a factory case. The gun has seen light use in the field with only a hint of wear on the barrels, wood is as new with a beautiful oil finish, and the case in like new as well. Engraved by Giacomo Fausti, founder of Creative Art in Val Trompia Italy, there could be no better example of the Monaco #1 engraving. The cost of this same gun ordered new in today's marketplace would exceed $57,000. You can own this gorgeous shotgun for a fraction of that cost, and without the over year long wait for a new one. What a fine investment firearm this will make, as the value continues to increase as the cost of ordering a new Piotti goes up year to year. Much more fun and useful than paper stocks!
