Description:
Serial #(No series) 78125, 7.7mm Arisaka, 26” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a Nagoya marked rifle with intact 'mum that has matching numbers on the bolt components and retains 80-85% of the original blue blending smoothly with a mellow plum-brown patina on the balance. There is some trace silvering at the muzzle, as well as on the bearing surfaces of the bolt, and there is a small amount of mild pinprick pitting scattered about the metal. The stock and handguard are in fine overall condition with light handling marks and minor blemishes marring the otherwise fine-near excellent original military oil finish. The cleaning rod is no longer present, but this is still a fine battlefield captured Type 99 nevertheless. FFL or C&R
