-Priced for a very quick sale is this incredibly rare and beautiful Mannlicher Schoenauer Model 1905 Takedown in 9x56 Mannlicher-Schoenauer.
-This rifle has very rare features: Factory peep sight on the back of the bolt, stock compartment in the butt containing the original cleaning kit, and sight/ firing pin storage compartment (empty) under the removable grip cap. Stock contains original sling provisions.
-The wood grain of the stock on this gun is exceptional.
-The checkering is very sharp.
-The gun is mechanically perfect and cycles flawlessly.
-The barrel is in overall excellent condition externally. The rust blue is still fully in tact for 98% of the gun.
-The trigger and bolt release still show case hardening.
-One fixed sight and one flip up sight.
-The bore is in very good condition. The rifling is very sharp with nice grooves and lands. There is extremely light frosting present towards the tip of the bore.
-Stock shows handling marks and has a few indentations towards the tip. Stock is in overall 98% condition.
-British Proof Markings on metal.
