In 2012 Ruger coordinated with Craig Boddington to produce a series of African guns. This was a 5 gun package, with each Ruger #1 totally different. Craig picked out his 5 favouite calibers for Africa, These Boddington guns are unique to the rest of the Ruger #1 rifles, the stock is fine Circassian Walnut, the bluing is a matt non glare finish , the checkering is also unique to the Boddington guns.All of these guns also came with a nice set of Talley knock off rings. This entire process took ove 2 years to complete, and there are only approximately 150 guns of each caliber.. The gun listed is the last in the series, the Elephant gun.
Caliber 450 Nitro Express, as you can see from the pictures she is new in the box and has very colorful wood.
