Description:
This is a Manurhin P1 in 9X19 (Parabellum) caliber.  The pistol is in excellent used condition.  My camera is not particularly good with detail, some of the markings that are correct for this pistol do not show very well, but they are all there - the Manurhin logo, the caliber, the serial number, proof and inspection marks, etc.  If that is a "killer issue" for you, I can try again.  I have added a "borrowed" photo of  a similar pistol to show what some of the markings look like.
The background, as best I understand it,  goes like this:
After WWII, the Four Powers Agreement forbade German Police in Berlin from using German-made weapons.  As a result, and to comply with the letter if not the spirit of the law, the Walther plant that had made P38s continured to make the pistols, but they were shipped to France, proofed at the St. Etienne Proof House (proof mark on the right rear of the slide), marked with the Manurhin logo etc. and then sold back to the German Government.  Walther machinery and Walther employees were used to make this post-war version of the P38.  The only real diffrerence is an alloy rather than steel frame.  My pistol has genuine Walther wood grips rather than the more common black plastic.  The pistol bears the "Berlin Sunburst" mark on the left trigger guard, indicating it as made for the West German Police.  The gun also bears the Walther quality inspection mark (dot in circle) in several places.  The serial number is at the very low end of the sequence indicating perhaps first year (1963) of production.  There is an import mark on the right side of the frame.
I am not a dealer, but am a private collector.  Face to face in the Tampa Bay area can be arranged, or shipping in compliance with all applicable government and shippers regulations.  In that regard, in order to ship, I will need full payment including payment for the cost of packing and shipping and insurance if desired, and a copy of the receiver's FFL.
Paypal preferred.  If by personal or cashier's check, the instrument must clear prior to shipping.
Questions, please ask, and thanks for looking.
