Description:
Inv. 5620

Radom (Nazi) P-35, Caliber 9 mm, Serial Number K 8969.

Awesome condition and very scarce. This is one hard bad boy to find, especially in this condition. This K block gun is from the last batch of Radoms assembled in the Steyr factory. It seems as the Russians were closing in on Poland and the Nazis decided to move some machinery and all existing spare parts to Austria to finish production.

This gun is actually a mixture of Polish blued parts and the Austrian Parkerized parts.  Shortly thereafter, production stopped when Austria was invaded.  So these unusual looking Radoms are rather scarce.

This gun still has about at least 97-98% of the original thin Parkerizing. There is the usual muzzle and sharp edge silvering and some thinning from holster wear.  However, there are no pits, rust or scratches anywhere. The gripstraps have not started to gray, which is evidence that the gun has seen very little use.

All numbered parts match. The slide, frame, and the takedown lever do have inspector’s marks on them. The takedown lever de-cocker, hammer, grip screws and rear sight are still blued from the original Polish production.

The wooden striated grips are in great shape with a few tiny chips that appear to have been the result of hasty production. Surprisingly, the grips each have a very minute Waffenamt acceptance mark, which appears to be Eagle/623. The bore is outstanding, like the rest of the gun, showing no wear. It is mirror bright with razor sharp rifling. There is not even a hint of graying.

The gun comes with one proper Parkerized magazine.

If condition is a major consideration, this Radom would be a proud acquisition for any WWII collector.... $2895
