(some very large firearms (example Barrett .50 BMGs) may cost extra to ship) All firearms must be either shipped to a dealer in your state or picked up at our retail store in Saint Marys, PA. The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

Description: The Smith & Wesson M&P uses a short-stroke, double action only, striker pull trigger. Like most polymer frame pistols, the design incorporates a Picatinny accessory rail for flashlights or lasers.
It has a sleek, contoured, scalloped slide that provides secure loading or unloading. The barrel and slide are made of stainless steel that's coated with a durable black Melonite finish.
This pistol has a 4.25" barrel, weighs in at a little over 24- ounces and has a DAO trigger pull of roughly 6.5 pounds. The two full capacity 17- round magazines provided are made of genuine steel.
A set of Novak Lo-mount Carry white outline sights sit on top of the slide, are highly visible, easy to use and track reasonably well. The pistol uses a captive recoil spring system that contains a stainless steel guide rod. This model also hips with Crimson Trace® Green Laserguard® with front activation. Adjustable for Elevation and Windage. 2 Hour Battery Life. One 1/3N Lithium Battery.
