FOR SALE: **VERY RARE** COMPLETE ORIGINAL BOX (PACKET OF 10) .50 CALIBRE CARTRIDGES MANUFACTURED BY FRANKFORD ARSENAL for REMINGTON'S ARMY PISTOL ~ BOX MARKED MAY 1873~ These cartridges for the caliber .50 Remington Rolling Block pistol as used by the US Army just after the Civil War. Made at Frankford Arsenal in the early 1870’s, it is a copper cased centerfire using Benet’s patent inside primer, held in place by two indentations near the base. BOX TOP IS DETACHED & TAPED, BUT STILL VERY READABLE. TAPE ON END OF BOX ALSO ..FAIR CONDITION. VINTAGE AMMO IS IN GOOD CONDITION FOR ITS AGE. (see pictures)?
