This Original .54 caliber full stock pistol has a tapered 15/16" to 7/8" x 5-3/4" octagon damascus smooth bore barrel that is fitted with fixed sights. Inlaid on the top flat is a silver oval bearing the inscription of N Castle. There are English proof marks on the bottom flat of the barrel. The P grade checkered European Walnut stock is fitted with browned steel furniture, including a German silver thumb piece and escutcheons and a horn nose cap. It has a single trigger. The flint lock with an outside safety, is tastefully engraved, as is the trigger guard, breech plug and tang. Inlaid on the lock plate is a gold oval bearing the inscription of Johnson.
