Description:
Professionally restocked and refinished. Grade 5 engraving (Grade 6 on barrels) by Winchester Custom Shop employee Pauline Muerrle, Winchester’s last in-house factory engraver. Metal prep and re-bluing in original factory colors by Doug Turnbull. Original Duck Grade #26XXX.
30-inch barrels with 7 nearly invisible Briley thin wall chokes (cyl, skt, skt, IC, Mod, IM, F); three-inch chambers; both bores are bright and measure original .729 inches. Jeweled barrel flats, water table and forend iron.
Single selective trigger; beavertail forend; straight-hand stock measuring 143/4 x 11/2 x 21/8; full wrap-around checkering; very nice wood with good contrast and figure; leather covered pad.
Action tight on the face; top lever right of center. Leather case with Model 21 trade label, owner’s manual.
Great clays gun or use as John Olin intended to kill big ducks.
