Description:
Colt 1st Generation Early Black Powder. Serial number 9546 appears on the receiver, frame and butt with the letter A ( Ainsworth inspected) below frame serial number. U.S. stamped behind the 2-line address, italic barrel address. Original 7 1/2 inch barrel with matching number under the ejector housing cut to an even 5 Inches. Front sight and round ejector rod head ground down to half moon shape. Appears fully functional with a fair bore. c.1874.
