H&R HARRINGTON & RICHARDSON .22 SPECIAL TOP BREAK 9-SHOT D.A. REVOLVER, CIRCA 1939-42. .22lr caliber. Serial number "600XXX". 5th variation. Automatic cylinder stops. Later grip type(Rice frame) without saw-handle original grips factory checkered. One piece grips with small chip missing typical of this design at toe of front grip strap. 100% of original factory blue remaining. All screws unturned. A few minor cosmetic scratches around cylinder from carry. Crisp cylinder stops and locks up like a drum. Perfect working order. Fixed sights. Very fine example of pre-War nine shot double action .22 revolver.
