Payment Types Accepted: USPS Money Order Description: Few Moores were made and very few are seen for sale. And they often have the ejector rod missing and the ejector rod holder ground off of the barrel. This gun is complete and solid. It is an antique D. Moore 7 shot revolver made at the beginning of the Civil War. This gun is extremely tight and looks great. Appears to have been fired but very little. I have owned and seen a number of these in the past fifty years but none as good looking as this one. Metal is smooth and free of dents or dings. The barrel is marked MANFD FOR SMITH AND WESSON BY MOORE'S PAT. FIRE ARMS CO. May have been cleaned/refinished a long time ago, however all lines, edges, and markings are sharp and clear. See photos. Has the barrel lug and original ejector rod under the barrel. Grips have been refinished. All engraving on frame looks good. TRADE FOR OTHER ANTIQUE BLACK POWDER PISTOLS POSSIBLE. Basic Priority Mail is $14. Insurance or other postal services at buyer's option. This gun was made in the 1860's during the Civil War. It is antique and may be shipped directly to any adult who may legally own it. Please email any questions. Thank you. SOLD Antique: Yes Manufacturer: D.
