This is a Henri Pieper ELG CROWN trade maked the shot gun is an extremly ornate 16 gauge double barrel shotgun, the damacus 30 inch barrel has gold string inlayed designs on top, the lock ,lock plate andwhere the shot gun brakes are all heavly chase with Quail sceans on both side and flower, the locks are chased the breach open device is chased as are all the screw heads, The forearm is cross hactched in a checker pattern as is the pistol grip leading to the stock. The butt plate is horn with the tiniest bit of horn tip. The pistol grip design ends with a horn medallion. Both the original sling strap attachments are in tack. The is a box area for a presentation on top of the barrel, there is also a number 3966 stamped underneathe the barrel, on the forearm ana on the stocks trigger pull ,where the gun breaks ,so three areas with the matching number 3966 on all main parts of the gun. The walnut stock has a cheek rest . The double pull triggers work like new, so you can fire one or both barrels . There is one tiny patch on the stock that was repaired and matches well.
