This .45 caliber Bedford style rifle has a browned octagon 3/4" x 42" Green Mountain barrel with 1:60 twist and fitted with fixed sights. Inscribed on the top flat is Steve Kardos. The P+ grade Maple stock is mounted with brass furniture, including an engraved pierced patch box. All the furniture, including the German silver thumb piece and cheek piece are very tastefully engraved. The stock is enhanced with molding around the lock mortise, side plate, wrist and ramrod channel. It also has very nice carving on the butt stock behind the cheek piece. The L&R Bedford flint lock is activated by RE Davis double set triggers. Length of pull is 15". Very good wood to metal fit - made by Steve Kardos. Condition: Very Good.
