Description:
This is a replica black powder FIRING, brass, "Brook's USA" 24
Pounder barrel with a 1" bore.  It's weight is approx. 16 pounds
of hand crafted brass.  Length is approx. 13" and diameter is 3"
at the breech.
This firing carriage is made of oak & custom made by me
specifically for this barrel.  Overall dimensions mounted is
approximately 14" wide, 19" long, 10" tall & weighs 28 lbs.

We can now offer a Brooks  24 pounder brass barrel mounted on
one of my custom beautifully crafted naval carriages.  The hand
forged iron is painted flat black with brass accent pieces and the
carriage is stained Jacobean.

This solid oak carriage replica models a typical British four wheel
carriage used on board ships in the 18th
and 19th centuries.  Recoil and repositioning was controlled with
ropes and blocks secured to a bulkhead wall.  The barrel is the
Brooks USA 24 pounder with a one inch bore, machined of 3"
diameter solid brass stock and  known as the Brooks Golden Gun.

Note- Implements are optional at an extra cost.
