SOLD PENDING FUNDS: Remington Rand National Match Pistol manufactured by Springfield Arsenal armorers. It was made up for the military for there shooting team members who competed at the National Matches held every year at Camp Perry. It is in .45 ACP caliber with a 5" National Match barrel (NM7791414). It is marked with NM on thr right front of the trigger guard, barrel bushing, and barrel. The right side of the frame is marked with an SA for Springfield Arsenal where they produced the National Matches from 1955 to 1966. It is also marked on the right side of the frame with a "T" for target. The front of the grip strap has stippling for a better grip. The rear sight is a Micro sight. It has an Aluminum trigger which they started using in 1960. The orverall condition of the gun is rated at 93-95% . The bore and mechanics are in excellent condition. A great piece of US military history.
