Description:
Winchester Model 42, .410 bore pump action shotgun that has been embellished by master engraver Angelo Bee into a presentation grade gun. 28” full choke with “donut” base vent rib the gun is inlayed with 17 gold birds; dove on the right side, quail on the left side, a quail on the magazine tube extension and a timber doodle (woodcock) on the top/rear of the receiver and lots of inlayed gold wire. The left and right side “panels” have farm scenes for the background. Signed by Angelo on both sides under the panels. Beautifully stocked in spectacular walnut with a 14 1/4” LOP, 1 7/16” DAC and 2 ¼” DAH with a slight right hand cast. Both the stock and forearm are checkered in a finely executed carved pattern.
